Location- This program will be held in the Auditorium on the 2nd Floor of The Electrical Trades Center located at 947 Goodale Boulevard.

Parking- When you arrive at the Electrical Trades Center (947 Goodale Boulevard), park in the rear of the building and come in via the glass double doors on the rear of the building (under the US flag).  Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor and the room is straght ahead across the hall.

Speaker Information

Bed Bugs- Molly Meyers LaBadie has been in Libraries for over 17 years, she was lucky to have four of those as a Library Trainer allowing her to train staff in customer service. Currently, as a Deputy Director, she finds that a pro-active approach is often the best way to handle most situations, especially when it comes to the fast multiplying bed bug.

"The first thought I had when I found a bed bug in my house was to burn it down."  That was in 2014 and I have learned a lot since then.  In this session, I will discuss how to prevent, treat and manage these unexpected guests.  We will discuss what your organization can do to be proactive making both patrons and staff feel safe in a world full of these little bugs. So put down those matches because in this session you will learn how to address them in a couch, on a wall or anywhere else these creepy crawlies may hide.
