President's Report

Ok folks. It's time to put plans in place to get everyone back into the building and follow the new guidelines. The Cushman & Wakefield recovery Readiness How to Guide is available for anyone who needs some references on how to go about social distancing in the office. When you get to the website you can download the free guide. If you have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) then you're doing well and if you don't the lead times are not short. The most important thing is to have masks, hand sanitizers, sanitizing wipes, signage and a plan.

For more information on Responsible Restart Ohio visit the site to see when your business may reopen and what the requirements will be.

For further information on COVID-19 visit the Center for Disease Control (CDC), or the Ohio Department of Health. The CDC has a list of approved cleaning and sanitization solutions that can be used to clean the office areas.

Please remember to reach out to our Associate Members for assistance in cleaning, supplies, etc.

Keep on the lookout for hte Officer Elections.

Thank you,

Todd Kise, CFM, SFP

President, IFMA Central Ohio

Fellow members of the Central Ohio IFMA chapter - we are excited to announce the celebration of our 35th anniversary, where its been our privilege to serve the Central Ohio + region. My excitement is only rivaled by the pride I feel in being able to celebrate the employees of our company who have made "Safety, Quality & Efficiency," a way of life here. I'd like to thank the local chapter for being one of our greatest partners, and for all the past, present and future support that they provide our industry; and should you have any needs, I invite you to join the PWC family by letting us assist you with any one of the many services we provide!

Thank you and all of us at Perrys window cleaning, wish you a prosperous and healthy 2020!

Sincerely, Anthony Perry
